All the Applicants first Need to Register Themselves. After Registration Kindly Log in with the Application Number and Date of Birth and complete the Application Form.
Application Form (Step-1), and Uploading of Photograph and Signature (Step-2).
Step-1 and Step-2 are mandatory before submission of Application form.
Editing at any of the above mentioned steps will be allowed only before the Successful Application Form Submission.
After the successful submission of Application form, no modifications will be allowed.
Candidates can download their Application Form once successfully submitted.

Photograph should be jpg/jpeg image file between 20KB and 100KB
Signature should be jpg/jpeg image file between 10KB and 50KB
