Read the following instructions carefully before filling the form
- Login with your Registration no and Date of Birth.
- A pre-filled form will appeared on screen. Candidates just need to select their Skill and Generic Subjects.
- GENERIC SUBJECT FOR ARTS STUDENT SHOULD BE DIFFERENT FROM THEIR CORE SUBJETCS.
- Select your subjects carefully. (Subject Title and Subject Code).
- After selection of subjects, Check the declaration checkbox and press CONFIRM SUBJECTS.
- After confirming your subjects, Editing of subjects will not be allowed.
- No need to submit the print out of Application/Examination form in the college.
- Keep a copy of your Application/Examination Form for future reference.
- NO SUBJECT CHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER UPDATION.
- College will not be responsible for mistakes. So follow every step carefully.
- NO FEE NEED TO BE PAID.
- Confirm the declaration before proceeding.
