Read the following instructions carefully before filling the form
- Login with your Registration no and Date of Birth.
- A pre-filled form will appeared on screen. Candidates just need to select their subjects.
- Select your subjects carefully. (Subject Title and Subject Code).
- Theory (Subject 1 to 5) and Practical(Subject 6 to 8) Subjects should be selected separately.
- After selection of subjects, Check the declaration checkbox and press CONFIRM SUBJECTS.
- After confirming your subjects, Editing of subjects will not be allowed.
- No need to submit the print out of Examination form in the college.
- Keep a copy of your (Admission Form Gap) for future reference.
- Last Date to fill the Admission Form Gap Cases.
