Read the following instructions carefully before filling the form
- Login with your Registration no and Date of Birth.
- A pre-filled form will appeared on screen. Candidates Just need to select their Skill Subjects.
- Select your subjects carefully. (Subject Title and Subject Code).
- After selection of subjects, Check the declaration checkbox and press CONFIRM SUBJECTS.
- After confirming your subjects, Editing of subjects will not be allowed.
- No need to submit the print out of Admission form in the college.
- Keep a copy of your Examination Form for future reference.
- It is mandatory for all regular candidates to fill their Examination Form.
Last Date extended till 18/10/2020
